NOVATILL Park is transforming the former Ferblatil site into a next-generation business park.
Led by a consortium of local entrepreneurs, the project aims to revive this iconic location in the Liège region by creating a new economic dynamic.

Covering more than 220,000 m², the site will welcome industrial, logistics and technology companies within flexible infrastructures designed to meet today's business needs.
